Sally has been a Family Solicitor since 1988, covering all aspects of the law relating to families. She is committed to resolving issues in a positive, cost-effective manner.

She has wide experience of :
  • All Financial aspects of Divorce and separation
  • Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
  • Arrangements for Children, including International relocation of children

Sally has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and has represented children in court proceedings for twenty five years. She was a consultant to the CAFCASS High Court Legal Team. She is a member of Resolution. Sally is also a Collaborative Lawyer. She offers a fixed fee Arbitration service to assist those clients for whom agreement on all issues is not achievable, but who wish to avoid the cost and delay of court process.

Sally trained at Farrer and Co. She joined Black Graf LLP in 2015 from Hodge Jones and Allen LLP, where she was a partner in the Family Team.

Sally provides family mediation to assist in coming to arrangements about the financial and children issues arising on family separation. She is committed to working impartially to help couples reach mutually acceptable solutions without the intervention of the court process. She is able to provide MIAMs.

Sally also works as an Adult Therapeutic Counsellor in West London.
