Property: where she  has many years experience of dealing with a broad range of property transactions for both individuals and businesses. Jane has also worked as part of the project delivery team with professionals in other industries and has considerable experience in managing the legal aspects of projects.

Her expertise includes the following:
  • Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions dealing with acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, corporate support, joint ventures and development work. Acting for developers, funders, owners, tenants and investors in such schemes across many industry sectors
  • Acting  for private clients in relation to residential sales and purchases, including leasehold enfranchisement
  • Specialist rail expertise throughout rail privatisation as a partner at  large City firms and subsequently, involving a broad range of transactional work including rail projects and enhancements, new lines, joint venture and development schemes, extensive experience in relation development and enhancement schemes affecting stations and rail connected freight terminals and associated regulatory work

Employment: Jane also handles employment work and looks after both employers and employees in this field. She advises on all aspects of employment law including contractual issues and policies, discrimination, redundancy and dismissals and also speaks at seminars on employment matters.

Jane’s clients include overseas businesses and individuals who need  a broadly based lawyer with the ability to advise on issues in the wider commercial/market context. She has a practical approach to legal work and has a reputation for making transactions happen.
